The Parson's enormous Cider Mill has been transformed to create the ultimate setting for a large Herefordshire house party.....

The focal point of this truly extraordinary building is the enormous original 16th century cider mill now transformed into a breathtaking table for large dinner parties.

Throughout the building, there are heavy oak beams, ancient wattle and daub panels, polished wooden floors, cosy rugs and comfy leather chesterfields.

Downstairs, there’s a cosy log burner inside the huge stone fireplace and a gourmet equipped kitchen with every appliance to make cooking for a crowd a relaxed experience. A pretty twin bedroom with adjacent walk-in wet room is just off the adjacent snug out of which reaches a spiral staircase leading up to the vaulted-ceiling, galleried, king-size four-poster suite above.

Through the ancient oak stairway door from the sitting room is a second king- size suite, where a period style washbasin and stylish corner shower nestle under each of the bedroom eaves and a private W.C is tucked away out of view. Magnificent candelabras light both suites.

A concierge service is available to pre-book food and drink, maid services, spa treatments and lots more besides. Please ask for details and prices.

Girls on tour – what a fab setting for our pyjamas and gin! We have had a smashing brunch with local sausage, bacon, black pudding and lovely fresh eggs. Everything is so relaxed, especially the massages!! All we’ve done is eat, chat and laugh. This weekend has been a real tonic (including the gin).
