Reservations
Choosing your break:
WEEKEND breaks ( 2 or 3 nights) normally start on a Friday, MIDWEEK breaks (4 nights for the price of 2) start on a Monday and 7 night breaks start on a Monday OR Friday.
Please note that on-line bookings only allow for Monday and Friday arrival days but there may be the possibility of a little flexibility so do please call to request alternative arrival days that cannot be booked on- line.
Checking Prices and Availability:
Don't be afraid - clicking the button below will not require you to make a booking if you are not yet ready to do so!!
You can scroll back and forth through all properties and dates, checking prices along the way by clicking on any Friday or Monday arrival day then selecting the number of nights you wish to stay. A price will be then be confirmed.
Making a booking:
Once you have chosen the property/ies you wish to book, you can either make your reservation online or, if you have any queries or simply prefer to speak to a 'real' person, please call 0844 800 8869 as we would be delighted to make your reservation for you over the phone. Should we not get to the phone right away, please be certain to leave your name, request and telephone number and we’ll return your call before you know it!
Please note that on-line reservations take priority over booking requests left on our answerphone.
Payment: We accept payment with any credit or debit card (*3.5% surcharge for Amex cards)
Deposits: We require a 1/3 deposit to confirm any booking, the balance becoming due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings less than 8 weeks away, full payment is required at the time of booking. An additional £500.00 cautionary deposit is required for any multiple cottage bookings or where a booking includes The Rectory.
Cancellations or amendments: please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details. We strongly recommend all guests take out appropriate travel insurance since we cannot absorb losses resulting from Guest cancellations. The Premier Cottages group, of which we are members, offer comprehensive UK Holiday insurance that you may wish to consider – full details will be attached to your booking confirmation email.
