Choosing your break:

WEEKEND breaks (min 2 nights) normally start on a Friday, MIDWEEK breaks (4 nights) on a Monday and 7 night breaks start on a Monday OR Friday but there may be the possibility of a little flexibility so do please ask for your preferred dates.

Making a booking:

Now you have chosen your favourite cottage/s, you can either make an online reservation or make a reservation over the phone;

Make a reservation over the phone

Call 01886 822 000 and talk to a real live person who will check availability for you, take all your details and confirm your booking by return email. If we don’t get to the phone right away, please be certain to leave your name, request and telephone number and we’ll return your call before you know it!

Please note that on-line reservations take priority over booking requests left on our answerphone.

Payment: We accept payment with any credit or debit card (*3.5% surcharge for Amex cards)

Deposits: We require a 1/3 deposit to confirm any booking, the balance becoming due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings less than 8 weeks away, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations or amendments: please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details. We strongly recommend all guests take out appropriate travel insurance since we cannot absorb losses resulting from Guest cancellations. The Premier Cottages group, of which we are members, offer comprehensive UK Holiday insurance that you may wish to consider – full details will be attached to your booking confirmation email.
